By using iSociety, a service of Evolution Environmental, LLC, you are agreeing to the following terms and conditions ("Terms of Service").

Basic Terms

  1. You are responsible for any and all activity associated with your account, including protecting the privacy of your password.
  2. You must not abuse, harass, threaten, impersonate or intimidate other iSociety community members.
  3. You may not use our service for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
  4. You are solely responsible for the content you post on iSociety, including any text, information, graphics, photos, audio and video clips, web links, or other such content.
  5. You must not modify, adapt, or hack the iSociety website or modify another website to perpetuate perceived association with our service.
  6. You must not create or send unwanted email (“Spam”) to any iSociety community members.
  7. You may not transmit viruses, worms, trojan horses, or malicious code of any variety.
  8. You must obey jurisdictional laws while using our service, including but not limited to copyright laws.

Violation of any of the above Basic Terms will result in account termination. iSociety is not responsible for content posted on the website, and by agreeing to our Basic Terms, you acknowledge and agree that you use our service at your own risk.

General Conditions

  1. We reserve the right to modify or terminate our service for any reason, without notice, and at any time.
  2. We reserve the right to alter our Terms of Service at any time.
  3. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time.
  4. We reserve the right to remove content and accounts that we consider in direct violation of our Terms of Use or other intellectual property rights. 
  5. Our service makes it possible to post certain content on iSociety to outside websites. While this practice is acceptable, we ask as a professional courtesy that you link back to our site.

Copyright

  1. We claim no intellectual property rights over the content you publish on iSociety.
  2. Your content remains yours and you can request to have your account removed at any time.
  3. We make every attempt to comply with all relevant copyright laws and will internally review all claims of copyright infringement.
