Partner ESI Offers 3-Minute Video Lesson on the PCA Process

 

I ran across this informative video this morning on the CRE Expert, and I have to admit, Partner ESI does a REALLY nice job explaining the Property Condition Assessment (PCA). This video obviously took some time (and money) to produce, but the results are impressive. If you deal with real estate due diligence in any capacity, this video is definitely worth a look.

As a real estate due diligence professional who relies heavily on regional subcontracting opportunities, it seems painfully relevant.
